• Saw the new Spiderman movie with Sam, got nachos at Essex St. Market first.

• Breakfast with Lawrence and Andrew at Sunset Diner. Dogsat Oakley all day. 3 mile run and drinks with Camille @ Alligator Lounge in the evening.

• Run with Josh, went to Bushwick to chill with Davis while he’s in town

• Some freelance work then a super chill afternoon with Dom making dinner and watching Scream 3

• Work, laundry, grocery store, levi’s store (needed new pants), muji, meal prep

• Worked from the office, attended a networking/presentation event at the YotPo offices in SoHo

• Paper Moon Records showcase at TV Eye! The music and vibes were perfect, loved the whole night. Saw so many friends too

• Normal day, got drinks at a bar in SoHo called SoSo

• Worked from home, ran a few errands around town, got Thai food and kicked it with Dom in the evening.

• Sauced a 6 mile run, met up with Owen in Prospect Park to chill and throw the football around a bit. Met up with Clay later in the night for a proper Williamsburg bar hop hang.

• Loose sunday recovering from my hangover, got some normal reading/writing/music/personal project work done

• Day off from work, hung out at fiction, did some reading/writing. Run, meal prep, stretch. Kinda just melted the day away

• Rode into the city and worked from the office, dinner with Brendan at Rosemary’s East in the evening.

• Summer solstice. Started a new book. Worked from the office. Kicked it with Dom in the evening

• Woke up early for a morning run. Happy hour with colleagues in the city ✨

• Traveled to Baltimore with Andrew and Josh for Michael and Ashley’s wedding.

• Traveled back to New York, crushed a run in the evening with Josh.

• Run in the morning, lovely little park hang with Carolyn after work.

• Work and ran some errands in the city afterwards. Saw Asteroid City with Sam.

• Run in the morning, published my Asteroid City review. Had a welcome night off from social activity.

• Attended a workshop on community building hosted by Protein at Index Space. Stuck around for a chill party at the space afterwards.

• The mid point of the year. Reflected on the progress of my annual goals. Night out with Sam, Clay, Nate and crew celebrating life.
