august 2023 highlights

august 1st

• Last Tuesday of being 28. Did laundry, biked to the office, read in the park, four mile run and worked on music

august 2nd

• haircut, six mile run.

august 3rd

• worked, domino park hang with Lauren in the evening.

august 4th

• Went to the Whitney with Camille, walked around the West Village and got felafel and some tall boys to drink in Washington Square Park.

august 5th

• Run with Owen and Josh. Dinner at OTB. Birthday bar hang at The West, so many friends showed up! Passed out with my contacts still in.

august 6th

• Ordered a bagel for delivery. Biked 29 miles, as it is my 29th birthday. Dinner with my parents at Lighthouse.

august 7th

• Big time day after your birthday vibes / first day of the new age.

august 8th

• I honestly can’t remember what I did. My journal didn’t really offer any insight either lol.

august 9th

• Turtles all the way down with Lauren in the evening.

august 10th

• Sam’s birthday hang at the pool and Radagast.

august 11th

• Took the day of work to work on music. Met up with some college friends for dinner and drinks.

august 12th

• Went to the Noguchi museum with Carolyn, great hang. Movie night with Noah, Owen, Jessica and Elizabeth in the evening.

august 13th

• Mr. Sunday with Noah and Jessica. Much needed relaxation time in the evening.

august 14th

• Back on my running grind, 3 mile run.

august 15th

• Chill day, 4 mile run.

august 16th

• Panther Hollow rehearsal for the upcoming show.

august 17th

• Tacos, martini’s, outdoor movies and chat with Lauren.

august 18th

• Recording session with Alex and Jack for a Y&N remix.

august 19th

• Big ol 8 mile long run. Dinner and drinks in Astoria for Julia’s 30th birthday.

august 20th

• Coffee with Jared. Some much needed alone time playing basketball. Homemade french toast for dinner.

august 21st

• Breakfast at Kellogg’s with Jack and Josh. 3 mile run in the evening.

august 22nd

• Panther Hollow show at Purgatory. I feel like we do this every late-August.

august 23rd

• Worked my butt off. Biked to the office, biked home. 5 mile run.

august 24th

• Laundry, work, picked up my bib for the upcoming race on saturday.

august 25th

• Worked a bit, packed my stuff for the weekend, traveled home to Ardsely.

august 26th

• Participated in the Grete’s Great Gallop 10k race in Central Park. Drove to Cape Cod. Homemade pasta dinner with Jess, Raminta, Rachel and Andrew.

august 27th

• Ultra chill day on the cape, read my book, swam in the bay. Had PJs for dinner with my parents.

august 28th

• Worked for a bit, 4 mile run, morning pages on the back porch. Front porch visit with Carolann and George.

august 29th

• Returned to Ardsley from the Cape. Started work on a new freelance project.

august 30th

• Chill day in Ardsley, worked and ran. Watched White Noise in the evening with my parents.

august 31st

• Another chill day of work in Ardsley. Costco run and returned to the city in the evening.
