july 1st

Arrived back in Brooklyn. Got a bagel. Traveled to Ardsley at night in the rain.

july 2nd

Went for a run, watched Frances Ha, started reading Normal People. had a phone call.

july 3rd

Went for a run, ate dinner, went to bed early.

july 4th

Woke up early. Drove into Brooklyn, saw Darius and CJ, met Josephine. Went to another party with Megan and Clay. Later, Camille called but I was already asleep.

july 5th

Got coffee with Kyle at The West. Camille arrived later. Freelance work then run. Mental health bike ride through McCarren where I ran into Nick, Andy and Roxxane. Also ran into Taniya. Ended up getting dinner at Bernie’s.

july 6th

Solo breakfast at Kellogg’s. Drove to Westchester. Hung out with Jack and Julia in Yonkers. Played basketball in the driveway.

july 7th

Day off from work, saw F1 with my dad. 3rd session of The Launch in the evening.

july 8th

5 mile run in the morning. Hung out with Jack and Julia in Ardsley. Drove back to Brooklyn in the rain.

july 9th

6 mile run in the morning. Dinner and drinks with Evan and Camille at Testo in the evening.

july 10th

Worked a bit from The West. Went for a walk and called Jess.

july 11th

Dinner with Dan Stein, Christine & Josh at Kings Co. Went to Union Pool after and Camille came too. Met up with Clay, Eli and Raven at Blinky’s later.

july 12th

Up early and journaling with Camille at The West. Run with Owen. Dinner with Owen and Camille at OTB. Met up with Nick and Andy back at The West. Petite League show at Night Club 101. After hang with Ray+Camille at Midway.

july 13th

Peter Pan BEC and park hang with Emily and Burke. Saw Superman with Sam. Dinner afterwards at Monarch. Drove back to Westchester.

july 14th

House sitting in Ardsley. 4 mile run. Rainy day. Week four of the The Launch.

july 15th

House sitting in Ardsley.

july 16th

House sitting in Ardsley. Emotional support trip to Barnes and Nobel.

july 17th

Traveled back to Brooklyn in the morning, hit a lot of traffic. Park hang/beers at McCarren with homies in the evening.

july 18th

Errands after work. Went to a tiny acoustic corner show at a brewery with Camille. Drove to Ardsley at night, hit a lot of traffic.

july 19th

Drove to Philly for a family reunion. Had a nice dinner and hang at Apricot Stone.

july 20th

Family food tour at Reading Terminal Market. Drove back to Westchester in the early afternoon. 5 mile run.

july 21st

Run after work. Week five of The Launch. Drove back to Brooklyn in the evening.

july 22nd

Run in the morning. Mexico 2000 tacos for lunch. Ran some errands after work. Met up with Nick and had a chill hang and session at his studio space in East Williamsburg.

july 23rd

Run in the morning. Helped Sam move a TV. Made music with Harry and Aviv in the evening.

july 24th

Drove to Ardsley with Josh. Drove to Saratoga with Josh and Andrew. Night one of Dan Stein’s bachelor party.

july 25th

3 mile run. Boat day. Dinner and going out in town afterwards. Good to be with this group of people.

july 26th

5 mile run. Full day at Saratoga Race Track - grilling and chilling and falling asleep on the couch of the AirBnB afterwards.

july 27th

Breakfast at Spring Deli, drove to Ardsley then made my way back to the city with Josh in the evening.

july 28th

Final session of The Launch. Went for a run in the evenig.

july 29th

Work, run, freelance work.

july 30th

Good hang with Camille in the evening. Went to Alligator Lounge for beer and pizza then had some cocktails on the Night of Joy roof.

july 31st

Sam Davidoff’s birthday hang at Dave n Busters. Dinner at Quality Meats.
