Slept in, saturday run with Josh to Lyria and back. 3rd annual birthday bar hang at The West. So many people came through and I felt so loved <3

Biked to Red Hook for Hometown BBQ, Sunny’s and Steve’s authentic key lime pie with a big group to celebrate Jordan’s birthday <3

Run in the morning, massage after work.

Creative Showall @ Index Space, dinner at Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles.

31 mile bike ride. Pool party to follow.

Dinner at Diner with my parents.

august 8th

Flew to Denver, lunch with Dan Stein and Christine. Ethan and Reta’s wedding welcome party.

august 9th

Journaled at Cherry Bean coffee shop in Denver. Six mile run. Lunch then drinks. Ethan and Reta’s wedding :]

Early morning flight to New York. Sunday run and errands.

Worked from The West, went for a run.

Went for a run, worked from The West. Braved the rain for a hang with Hannah and Camille at Other Half.

Worked from The West. Went to Cece’s for dinner with Caroline. Played some music together after dinner.

Morning run, worked from The West. Talk Bazar x Connor James show at Sultan Room in the evening.

august 16th

Took the train to Ardsley. Drove from Ardsley to Cape Cod with my mom. Gin + tonics and takeout from PJs on the deck of the Cape house in the evening.

august 17th

Seven mile run, journaling on the deck. Swam in the bay, burgers and corn on the cob with the family for dinner.

august 18th

4 mile run. Worked from the house. Had a really nice dinner with the family at home in the evening.

august 19th

5 mile run. Journaling on the deck, rotted on the beach. Attended the mosquito story slam in the evening.

august 20th

5 mile run. Journaling on the deck, worked from the house. Drove back to New York in the evening.

august 21st

Trains to Brooklyn after work. Dinner with Jasper at HAAM.

august 22nd

Valipala show at Sultan Room Roof. After hang at The Keep.

august 23rd

8 mile morning run. Domino park Other Half with Darius, CJ, Ami, Anna, Clay, Megan, Josephine, Frankie and Asha. Did some freelance work. Late night hang with Liam and friends at Banter.

august 24th

Bike ride to the Bronx zoo with Kristin and Aviv. Dinner at Çka Ka Qëllu.

august 25th

Sort of slept in and read in bed. Normal work day. Ran some errands in the evening. Drank some beers with Owen and Emerson.

august 26th

Ran in the morning. Deployed some new work for my freelance client bioligent.com. Dinner with Jack, Julia and Cannon at Four Horsemen.

august 27th

Breakfast with Jack and Manhattan Three Decker. 5 mile run and apartment cleaning in the evening.

august 28th

Decently chill day. Worked on music after work.

august 29th

Morning run, second annual friday of LDW drinks hang with Hannah at Hotel Delmano.

august 30th

8 mile run. Hang with Camille before Raven’s birthday party.

august 31st

Chill day at home recovering and running errands. Prepared for my upcoming recording session.
